Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Controls Manager with a key client in the South of England.
Following the recent internal re-organisation of the Operations management team we have a vacancy for a Controls Manager.
The role will be to lead the Marine and Power control activities for project execution of all controls related projects and applications.
You will be responsible for work allocation, management of the controls projects, both fiscally and technically and ensure compliance with all related codes of practice.
You should have previous management experience in an automation or controls environment together with a strong understanding of analogue and digital controls, both hardware and software orientated.
Ideally you should be qualified to BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with practical and theoretical experience of automation.
Flexibility and self motivation together with excellent communication skills, both orally and written, and a willingness to travel both in the UK and overseas, are essential requirements for this role.
