Our client is a market leading 'complete solutions' provider for solids handling, processing and packaging and has accomplished world-class excellence in this field supplying to a wide range of industries including Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Food, Plastics and General Process.
A new position for a Controls Engineer has arisen. Reporting to the Controls Manager, as part of a team, your role will be to:-
•Concept design, network advice and project system costing across the full range of small product projects to complete automation processes;
•Presentation/selling solutions to clients in Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical & other industries;
•Production of PLC software (Siemens S7)
•Production of control system specification and project documentation, incorporating functional design specifications;
•Organisation & execution of component & system tests in the works and on site;
•Production of control drawings, both electric and pneumatic to company standards;
Candidates will possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills combined with initiative, positive attitude and tenacity.
