Our client provides the whole of Devon and Cornwall as well as parts of Somerset and Dorset with water and waste water services, engaging the skills and professions of a team of more than 1300 people. Immediately they require a Systems Engineer (SCADA Engineering Services) to be based at their offices in Exeter.
To undertake and implement the overall operation, development, support and application of the remote plant and asset management systems to support operational activities and improved business efficiency in accordance with the Company's business objectives and investment strategy. To implement the engineering, support and development of user tools and data repositories for process visualisation of business activities and to implement the engineering, development, operation and support of regional radio systems and their users.
All of this is to be achieved by the performing of both technical and administrative duties in a team environment.
It is essential that you are electrically qualified with previous experience in the design and implementation of SCADA systems and other Remote Management facilities.
In return my client offers a basic salary of up to £30,000, company car, paid overtime, standby allowances, company pension scheme, share option scheme and 25 days holiday + stats (rises to maximum of 30 with service).
