Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager / Contract Manager - Regional Contractor - Projects to £20m
A well respected Main Contractor are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee various projects in the Surrey region. Project types include Education, Health and other Local Authourity type projects.
Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager / Contract Manager - Regional Contractor - Projects to £15m
A well respected Main Contractor are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee various projects in the Surrey area.
Project values vary, however, the average value is circa £6m up to a max of £20m.
Types of projects include medium rise Education, Health and other Local Authority type projects. Contracts are primarily D&B, both new build and structural refurbishment.
The successful candidate will display experience in running multiple projects of similar value to the above within the public sector. Candidates must have a stable employment history and UK Main Contracting Experience.
