A well respected Main Contractor are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee various projects in the Kent region. Project types include Commercial, Medium Rise Residential and Industrial.
Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager / Contract Manager - Regional Contractor - Projects to £15m
A well respected Main Contractor are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee various projects in the Kent area.
Project values vary, however, the average value is circa £8m up to a max of £15m.
Types of projects include medium rise residential, industrial projects and office buildings. Contracts are primarily D&B, both new build and structural refurbishment.
The successful candidate will display experience in running multiple projects of similar value to the above. Candidates must have a stable employment history and UK Main Contracting Experience.
