A leading UK provider of managed services requires a contracts manager to fulfil contractual obligations on a large building services contract.
Experience in building services is essential, as you will manage PPM across a wide range of systems including work on CHP plant, HVAC systems etc.
Within the role work practices would include building and sustaining relationships with clients, alongside effective management of a team of technicians. You will also be responsible for the operation of the large site whilst conforming to a set budget, aiming to meet or exceed company quality standards. Hence the ideal candidate would also possess knowledge of budgeting and operational costs
