Commercial Manager required to join this large Defence player. Reporting to the Principal Commercial Manager/Commercial Director, the Commercial Manager will provide specialist contractual and commercial advice to Systems Evaluation Services Division staff at any stage of the opportunity / project cycle, including bidding, negotiation and post-contract award.
The role will be based in Wiltshire and is commutable from Devizes, Salisbury, Andover and Warminster.
The Manager will be capable of leading the commercial aspects of major bids, including close liaison with the divisional project teams, external customers and subcontractors and will be responsible for the commercial integrity of all aspects of the contracting arrangements. The Manager will provide comprehensive support and advice on contractual and commercial matters relevant to all SES Market areas. Works closely with other company functions (IP, Legal, Insurance, Risk, Bids, Contracts) to manage these aspects of the project, opportunity or bid to company standards. Provide assistance and advice when required. Manage the post contract process, including all the administrative related duties.
