Description

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee the entire engineering operation. Our Client specialses in Fuel Storage solutions, supplying, installing, servicing and removal of tanks and re-fuelling systems.

Reporting to the Operation Director, you will coordinate customer requirements within agreed time scales including costs, monitoring and reporting on the progress of works against an agreed program.
Ensure all contractually agreed conditions are complied with, to commercial, safety and technical standards.
Project management, from start to finish and maintenance responsibilities, anticipating and rectifying and problems. These responsibilities extend to include civil work as well as tanks and pipes and involves the undertaking of surveys/site inspections and liaison with clients and control of installations and site engineers. Also including compliance with Company Health & Safety Policies and CDM requirements.

Minimum Skills & Experience required:

Sound knowledge of Engineering / Building Works
Experience of Project Management including pricing jobs
Ability to manage and formulate operational plans, including works orders, certifications and essential reports.
Good Interpersoanl and Communication skills
Have relevant qualification HND/HNC or equivalent in the Industry
