Contracts Engineer - Oxfordshire
Contracts Engineer required to deliver multiple contracts, liaise with clients, engineering personnel and subcontractors. You will be expected to attend sites and report on contracts as required. A BSc or HND is required with previous contract execution experience required. You should be able to deal directly with customers and have good practical engineering skills. A full driving license is required. The company provided water treatment products for a variety of customers. Salary of £28k+car for junior engineer position or £37k+car for the senior position.
General Responsibilities:
Ensure that projects are completed on programme, on budget and on quality.
Ensure clients are kept informed at all times.
Ensure overall system design will meet specification.
Ensure equipment supplied meets the specification.
To review contract progress, identifying potential issues and informing Line Manager.
Preparation of procurement and material schedules to meet programme.
Preparation of relevant documentation, ie method statements, risk assessments.
Co-ordination of materials to site.
Briefing and instruction of installation engineers.
To produce specific Operation & Maintenance manuals.
To work to the companys ISO 9001 work instructions.
Be fully conversant with all technical aspects of product range
Provide technical support pre and post sale or project contracts
Assist in preparation of contract quotations as requested.
Provide cost analysis for each contract as required.
