Contract Structural Engineers Required Urgently!!
An increase in workload and new projects coming through means this multi-disciplinary consultancy, with a great reputation amongst contract staff, are looking for a Chartered (or near to) structural engineer to join them on a long-term contract basis.
Projects range from 500k to 50m and will involve working with leading architects to design all types of building structures including residential, commercial and mixed use developments. Once established within the organisation there will be the opportunity to take on additional responsibility and play a major part in forthcoming projects.
The successful candidate will have good knowledge of building structures and have the ability to produce designs in all traditional build materials. Candidates will be responsible for technical calculations, closing out of design issues and reviewing drawings, as well as general work throughout the design process.
