Contract Manager (Property Care, Plumbing and Electrical)
Nottingham

Main Purpose:Manage Domestic Plumbing, Heating and Electrical Contracts
Manage the contracts assigned in accordance with agreed specification and requirements in the most cost effective manner whilst complying with all current legislation standards and company procedures.
Responsibilities:
"Undertake the cost effective procurement of both materials and labour in line with company procedures
"Prepare valuations /final accounts and issue in accordance with contract /timely manner, follow through to ensure payments are received.
"Ensure full compliance with CORGI and NICEIC.
"Ensure full compliance with company health and safety policies and all current legislation.
"Ensure all works undertaken are of a high standard and the quality satisfies current good engineering practices.
"Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
"Promote company in a manner which is likely to maximize possible future work opportunities.
"Protect the companies interest at all times
"Monitor cost variations to contract and ensure smooth process of claims
Experience in delivering "decent homes" work (either as main contractor or sub contractor) at supervisor/management level is very desirable.
A full clean driving license and flexible working hours are essential.
