As an experienced Java Developer / J2EE Programmer Belgium you will join our clients enthusiastic team and work on their leading on-demand eCommerce and multi-channel service. The platform is based on J2EE and utilises technologies such as EJB, Web services, Hibernate, Lucene, Struts, JMS, XML and XML transformation.
As the Java Developer / J2EE Programmer Developer you will:
- Design and implement new functionality
- Maintain and improve existing functional areas
- Lead the application development effort to bring new clients on to the platform
To succeed as the Java Developer / J2EE Programmer you will have a good level of experience using Java/J2EE in commercial application development.
Demonstrable experience with any of the following would be beneficial to our client, but not essential:
- Lucene
- Hibernate
- JMS
- Web services
- Struts
- MySQL
- JBoss
- XML
- JSP, JSTL
- JDBC
Language Skill: French or Dutch
