Main function:1.To project manage special products, to engineer mechanical requirements for Projects/contracts, specialising in Lubrication.2.To assist with technical requirements during development of existing and new products.Duties & responsibilities: To accept customers orders as handed out by the Contracts Manager and to instigate the production and/or despatch of the products, on those contracts, to their assigned destination. Produce or ensure production of assembly drawings for special contracts and products as required. Produce material lists and raise purchase requisitions for components where necessary. To identify drawings and technical documentation requirements and ensure that the same are produced for works/customers as necessary to fulfil the contract. Prepare data sheets and operating manuals as required. Prepare testing and commissioning schedules.Assist with commissioning and testing as required at H.Q. &/or on site. Liaise with clients, works, sub-contractors and installation departments, carry out site visits etc. as required.To assist sales department with proposals, including quotations.Preparation of design of line diagrams, lists and drawings ready for production on to the C.A.D. system to fulfil project and contract requirements. Prepare workloads, project planners, etc; to aid production requirements. Overall ensure contracts are completed on time and on budget highlighting any errors of concern which may affect this outcome.
