Our client is a leader in the London residential basements sector. This successful business has a solid order and a steady stream of new enquiries. The bulk of their work is high-end residential basements underneath existing properties. You will be responsible for the day to day running of typically three projects, from site mobilisation to final handover. You will manage site activities, client relations, contractual and financial issues, programme, health & safety, quality of construction, local authority liaison, invoicing, and site operatives. The position is based in their lively and expanding South London office with daily visits to your projects. You must have a full UK driving license.
