Senior Contract Administrator - Abu Dhabi - URGENT
My client is a multi-company, multi-divisional organisation with subsidiaries and affiliates around the globe.
With the fusion of western technical expertise and Middle Eastern knowledge and experience, this Company has become the centre of construction for prestigious and complex projects throughout the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
They are looking to recruit a - Senior Contract Administrator
My client has secured seven years of business in Abu Dhabi. They are currently building four projects concurrently are looking for an experienced contract administrator to come in and manage the contract department.
You will oversee the four current projects, negotiate any join ventures that will arise, mange all the contract negotiations with the sub-contractors.
Your role will encompass:
Tender review of contractual element for exclusions qualifications
Points for Tendering or Insurance Department actions and follow up into post contract operations.
Contractual / commercial advice to director level management on pre and post contract matters and disputes.
Taking the lead and managing subordinate staff and consultants workload, including recruitment.
