Continuous Improvement Manager required to manage the companies process to EFQM model to gain the necessary accreditation. Ensuring management systems are in place to spread best practice throughout the organisation.
Accountabilities to lead and manage EFQM assessment, introduction of model together with ethos of continuous improvement within the company.

Accountabilities to lead and manage EFQM assessment, introduction of model together with ethos of continuous improvement within the company.
To co-ordinate senior management to ensure quality principles and integrated to the design of business systems, carry out reviews of Quality Management process.
Candidate should be educated to a degree standard. Have cross industry experience of structured Quality System and continuous improvement techniques, together with the management of complex projects.
