CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERS - CIVIL/STRUCTURAL

One of the largest oil producers in the world, Qatar Petroleum is involved in a wide range of engineering projects as part of the ongoing developments related to Qatar Petroleum oil and gas facilities and general high-value construction projects in the State of Qatar.

Roles
The many projects under execution include Oil & Gas, Marine, Buildings, Roads & Infrastructure, and Pipelines. As a result, Qatar Petroleum requires dedicated Civil/Structural Engineering professionals, either from an Oil & Gas OR Building Engineering background, to help meet the challenges presented by the ongoing workload.

Requirements
Qatar Petroleum are seeking Civil/Structural Engineers with a minimum of 10 years experience in construction engineering of large building and civil infrastructure projects, including design, construction and commissioning. Successful candidates will need to be highly motivated individuals with excellent technical, communication and organizational skills to deal with a demanding, complex, and geographically diverse workload. They will need to have proven expertise in at least one of following disciplines:

•Heavy concrete works, roads, bridges, storm water drainage and earthworks
•Industrial civil works
•Design & construction of structural steelwork

Previous work experience in the Arabian Gulf will be an advantage.
