Configuration Management Engineer required.
The purpose of the role is to co-ordinate and manage the impact of all requests and changes between the appropriate teams and suppliers. Our client are looking for someone who has a strong respect of the need for good configuration management as well as someone who is able to manage and prioritise many tasks at once to respect any programme deadlines and milestones.
Ideal candidates will come from a background of either design, quality, manufacturing or operations. Candidates will have served a recognised engineering apprenticeship, preferably in the aerospace industry, or educated to HNC or equivalent standard.
Working knowledge of configuration management principles as well as MS office applications is required.
