Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier to the International Motorsport Industry. Due to an increase in current requirements and a need to further increase business revenue this new role exists for an accomplished Manufacturing Engineer with extensive composites knowledge and the desire to take on a business related role.
The successful candidate will come from a Motorsport or Automotive composites background and either held responsibility for business management and development. The

Due to an increase in current requirements and a need to further increase business revenue this new role exists for an accomplished Manufacturing Engineer with extensive composites knowledge and the desire to take on a business related role.
The successful candidate will come from a Motorsport or Automotive composites background and either held responsibility for business management and development. The role will hold responsibility for production supervisors, composites engineers, sales manager and the technician work force.
The main job role will be to strengthen and expand the current composites business, develop the long term as well as mid term strategies. Manage and co-ordination the departments on a day to day basis, along with the expansion of capacity and development of service provided, to both internal and external clients.
Key Accountabilities:
Liaison with internal and external clients, buyers and engineers to fulfil all
customer requirements
Ensure smooth day to day running of the small batch based manufacturing
operation plus one off prototypes
Professional interface with other departments
Manage image and quality of the site
Maintain and update site standards in correlation with companys and customers expectations Plan and invest into site and production related areas
