Description

Communications Officer required to start immediately in Crawley for an initial 3 month ongoing contract. The established organisation is a leader in the aerospace market and are looking for a candidate to be responsible for the end-to-end ownership (from development to execution) of an internal communications programme and external communications support of the civil market.

Communications Officer required to start immediately in Crawley for an initial 3 month ongoing contract. The established organisation is a leader in the aerospace market and are looking for a candidate to be responsible for the end-to-end ownership (from development to execution) of an internal communications programme and external communications support of the civil market.

Main Activities

•The company's team brief (process, gathering content, approvals, publishing, feedback analysis etc.)
•The MD's briefing to all staff
•Contributing to internal newsletters (Group, UK, division and online local news)
•Managing digital TV content
•Managing an cross functions/business editorial team
•Directors visibility programme
•Internal communications initiatives (posters, roadshows, employee events, notice boards, pensions, culture and communications programmes etc.)
•Supporting HR as a business partner
•Managing external customer events
•Sharing of best practice
•Measurement, monitoring and feedback
•Report writing and business planning

Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required

•Experience in a communications role
•Details oriented
