Description
HNC (or equivalent) in Engineering (minimum)
•2 years (minimum) Supervisory or Site Management within appropriate industry sector.
Or
•3 years (minimum) Supervisory or Site Management within appropriate industry sector.
•Achieved suitable progression through the ECITB SMTD scheme (or similar) with an up-to-date knowledge of Employer/Industrial Relations.

Activities and Responsibilities
•Ensure the timely production of records of progress and spend on the commissioning works.
•In accordance with the programme for the works, allocate labour and resources as appropriate.
•Produce and maintain appropriate documentation for his/her part of the site works, including Implementation Quality Plans, Method Statements, Risk Assessments etc.
•Produce forecasts of resources and labour requirements to satisfy the needs of the project programme.
•Direct the timely production and maintenance of test documentation.
•Keep auditable daily records.
