The Company
Part of a worldwide group, this fast-growing UK division provides automated materials handling systems to a wide range of industries, catering to a number of blue-chip businesses and international organisations.
Business is swiftly increasing and the company has a full order book. Alongside their constant investment in technology, the business has placed a huge emphasis on strengthening the business in the UK and will be looking to add to their workforce in existing departments and new departments.
The Role
Following an initial training period (incorporating internal and external courses), the Commissioning Engineer will then be responsible for the full installation and commissioning of the system on the customer site.
The system comes in 3 parts and the engineer will be responsible for installing, testing and trouble-shooting any issues. The engineer will then train customers afterwards.
The Candidate
With a strong team in place, the Commissioning Engineer will be a good team player with a desire to learn and develop their skills. Initiative is a key attribute and engineers will have to demonstrate a clear head and logical thinking.
The company is keen to recruit candidates with a good background in IT/Software (i.e. MS Office, MS Access, understanding of computer logic) and electronics.

Full training will be provided by the company, including internal "classroom" sessions, external courses and mentoring from an experienced engineer. Training will be staggered to ensure full competency and will be continuous throughout employment.
