An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join the North West team of this massive national and international main contractor. With an order book worth over £9bn they are a leading contractor in both the build and civils sectors.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team within their Infrastructure services sector. You will be the Commercial Manager based out of their Cheshire office running a variety of roads, highways, and rail contracts.
As a Top 5 Contractor they are at the forefront of the civils sector ensuring you will be given first rate career opportunities.
We are currently looking for a professional Commercial Manager to take up this position and become a key member of the senior management team. The role will require you to have a good knowledge of the North West infrastructure industry and have a track record of interfacing with people in this sector on a regular basis. You should have framework experience, a proven QS/Commercial background and have excellent negotiation skills. You should enjoy liaising with clients and he outgoing and proactive in attitude.
