Commercial Manager required to take commercial control of a large project. You will have full commercial responsibility for the project reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, the role includes the management of the project QS team together with financial and management reporting

Company: Large well known Construction Business operating within the London, Southern and South East areas, that is focused upon customer service and delivery of schemes to £100m across traditional and design & build market sectors. Profitable and successful they have a number of negotiated schemes and repeat clients.
Role: Commercial Manager required to take commercial control of a large project. You will have full commercial responsibility for the project reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, the role includes the management of the project QS team together with financial and management reporting, working closely with the Project Director the successful candidate will be expected to participate in the overall management of the scheme and ultimately its success.
Requirements: The successful person will be performing a Commercial role with a recognised UK construction business, have industry qualifications, be commercially astute, have contractual knowledge, financial reporting experience and commercial awareness. You will have worked upon projects to at least £30m, either in a similar role or as a Managing Surveyor with a recognised construction business.
