We are currently looking for graduate calibre candidates with strong contacts management experience gained in a modern, commercial environment. Other important factors are:
Strong experience in a commercially-pressurised, contract management environment with an emphasis on cost reduction, predictability and supplier service/value assurance
Financial Analysis & Reporting skills, including budgets, financial tracking, accruals etc
Good knowledge of modern contractual and commercial models, tools and techniques (eg. SLAs)
Experience of negotiating at all levels, including with internal customers, to structure appropriate service priorities and measures
Committed to continuous improvement philosophies, internally and through third parties in a win/win context wherever possible
Thrives in an environment where operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction are constantly monitored
Effective relationship management Suppliers, Contractors, Airport Business Stakeholders and internally within a complex organisation
Strong commercial acumen, with a collaborative project and team leadership style
