Our client is an extremely well established and successful construction company based on the South Coast of England.
Although the largest part of their business is structural steelwork, they also have interests in roofing / cladding, loading bay equipment and design & build.

Our client is an extremely well established and successful construction company based on the South Coast of England.
Although the largest part of their business is structural steelwork, they also have interests in roofing / cladding, loading bay equipment and design & build.
Due to continued success, they are now looking for a Cladding Detailer for drawings and steel detailing duties.
The markets they operate in are industrial, commercial, agricultural, domestic and public & civil work sectors.
They design, detail, fabricate and erect all the crucial components of steel structures including lattice trusses, portal frame buildings, beam and column systems, balustrading and staircases to mansard roofs, mezzanine floors, castellated beams and gantries as well as architectural metalwork.
As a company, they use Tekla Xsteel which is now known as Tekla Structures. In an ideal world, the successful candidate will have experience of this package. However, they understand that it may not be possible to find someone with Xsteel / Structures experience. Due to this acceptance, they are more than happy to take a good steel detailer with relevant experience in another package such as AutoCAD or StruCAD and cross train them to Xsteel / Structures. People with Tekla experience are highly sought after and experience with their software is a massive boost to anyones CV.
If you have good cladding detailing experience with any of the above packages and your background is in construction / structures then my client wants to hear from you.
