Civil Site Forman / General Forman - Surrey
Salary and Location:
30,000 - 35,000 + Car + Overtime + Package
Location:
Based out of Surrey working on sites from Maidenhead to Brighton
Role Description:
An experienced Civil General Forman is required for water and heavy civil engineering projects. The role is running up to 3 sites depending on location and region assuming full control of site activities including labour, materials and health and safety. Typical jobs include:-
" Clean water
"Waste Water
"Pumping stations
"Reservoirs
"Bridges New build and replacement
"Earthworks
"Piling
The General Forman role includes working to method statements, amending risk assessments and site paper work where required. Manage the workforce including sub contractors on site, organisation of plant and materials where needed and general running of the site.
Required Experience:
Experience is key having worked in a foremen role on a heavy civil engineering or water projects. No qualification is needed but again experience is key.
Benefits Package:
30,000 - 35,000 + company car or car allowance, fuel card and excellent holiday package. Relevant training and development is also available for candidates showing a willingness to progress.
