An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Change Management Support Assistant based in Redditch, the successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar background and possess strong administration skills. You will be working effectively with multi functions and with Change Management groups within our clients customers.

•Presentation Preparation
•Procedures Development
•Records Maintenance
•Schedule Meetings
•Spreadsheet Maintenance

Role Overview:
A basic level of IT skills is required as a minimum preferably to include a familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. An ability to learn processes, adhere to process and to be able to enforce process when needed is a major requirement for this role as there is a need to enforce the change management process both for our client and also with their customers Change Management Focal Point, so a good understanding of how to work in a customer facing situation is necessary. A professional approach is required to this role at all times and there is a self discipline required to ensure that not only is process followed but it is followed in a timely manner. There will be occasions when it will be necessary to work under pressure and alone (during holidays, sickness) so an ability to remain calm and think logically under pressure would be an advantage. Organisational skills and an ability to prioritise are essential. Along with learning the Change Management Process there will be 2 Change Management Tools which are specific to our client and their customers to become familiar, and competent, with. There will also be a requirement to run daily, weekly and monthly reports using Change Management Tools for provision to our clients customers and to internal groups. The Change Management Team is a small 2 person team within a larger team so it is also very important that communication levels both within the Change Management Team and within the larger encompassing team are open and consistent.
