Description
We have an immediate requirement for Controls & Instrumentation Designers to work within our Projects team to meet growth plans in our export markets
The role is to carry out the design/draughting of controls for industrial burners and associated equipment for industrial boiler and process/power plant applications. It includes the production of designs and drawings for new plant and the updating of existing equipment to meet customer's needs.

The role is to carry out the design/draughting of controls for industrial burners and associated equipment for industrial boiler and process/power plant applications. It includes the production of designs and drawings for new plant and the updating of existing equipment to meet customer's needs. It will also involve liaison with customers, suppliers and our field commissioning team in order to fulfil this function.
Relevant industrial electrical control design experience is essential and a competence of Promis.E or Acad Electrical CAD systems is required. Experience of process documentation, design standards or knowledge of complex electro/mechanical assemblies would be an advantage.
Applicants should be qualified to HND or equivalent, preferably with knowledge of combustion products, however training will be given, if necessary, to the right candidates. Those with higher academic qualifications and/or experience will be considered.
