Through a programme of alliances with major international civil engineering contractors and specialist contractors, they are able to undertake multidisciplinary projects of huge scale and complexity.

Commercial Manager- Rail Division

Through a programme of alliances with major international civil engineering contractors and specialist contractors, they are able to undertake multidisciplinary projects of huge scale and complexity.

They are now seeking a Commercial Manager to join their Rail Division required for Rail Infrastructure projects based in Dublin. This Civil Engineering Contractor has won a major long term contracts on 21 transport projects.
You will be degree qualified or able to demonstrate a proven track record in quantity surveying/commercial management.
You will play a leading role in the management team and be responsible for the commercial functions on a number of Rail projects.
Key responsibilities to include:
Exercising full cost control on projects providing and monitoring budgets and forecasts.
Provision of commercial and contractual advice to the Management team Preparation of commercial reports including code/value reconciliations and cash flow. Subcontract procurement & payout. Maintaining and enhancing working relationships with Clients and Subcontractors

As always Salaries are negotiable dependant on the person experience etc.
