CNC Setter/Operator
BENEFITS: Eligible for the following after 6 months Profit related bonus, contributory pension and 24 days holiday + bank holidays.
HOURS OF WORK: Monday - Friday 6-2 / 2-10
QUALIFICATIONS: FLT Counterbalance preferred
MIN. EXPERIENCE: 2 years
ALTERNATIVE INDUSTRY: Metal industry ideally
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Setter/Operator required to work with PC controlled laser cutting machinery.
ELEMENTS:
•Varied work: washer to a table or door
•Read and interpret drawings
•Production paperwork (own QA)
•Good problem solver
SPECIALISED MACHINERY:
•PC controlled laser cutting machinery: flat bed lathes
**Must be computer literate: Windows / Word / Excel**
TOP REQUIREMENTS:
1.Read and interpret engineering drawings
2.Physically fit
