Description
Company based in Sussex (10 -15 miles north ofBrighton) requires 3 machinists
2 x Miller Setter / Operator - Days
1 x Miller Setter / Operator - Nights
Key Skills
-able to set and operate CNC Mills / Vertical Machining Centres ( VMC ) AND/OR CNC Lathes
- able to use fanuc por similiar control system
-able to edit programs
- able to work from drawings
- be responsible for own quality (dimensional checks using normal hand measuring devices)
Shifts
Days + Nights (client is flexible and can move people between nights and days to accommodate)
50+ hrs per week (if wanted)
Duration ongoing (min 3 - 6 mths, client is very confident it will be a lot longer)
Rate
£11 - £15 (Ltd) - depending on experience / shift)
These roles may lead to a permanent role if wanted (not a pre requisite of the client to apply)
