They have an immediate requirement for a Clerk of Works to commence a six-month contract on site in South Wales. The client
is currently undergoing a major refurbishment.
The main purpose of this role will be to provide a point of contact between the consultancy and the contractor to oversee any day-to-day issues and ensure the project is running to timescale.You will need to be an experienced Clerk Of Works, and have a background within the construction sector, hold good communication skills and be available to commence a six-month contract.
Rates £20 -£22 per hour.
