Description
Our client is an ambitious, entrepreneurial, renewable energy company with a manufacturing to market capability and a total commitment to a lowest possible carbon footprint that includes complete bi product recycling, renewable energy based distribution and grid free, energy generation and consumption at plant level. The COO will have day-to-day responsibility for total plant operations and production driving the whole manufacturing and supply chain to achieve better than expected results in terms against kpis that include HSE performance, product quality and availability, employment practise and law, plant development and operations and investment. With a proven track record in managing sophisticated production facilities on a 24/7 basis the job holder will have the gravitas, competence and credibility to develop relationships with key customers and suppliers, optimise supply chains from feedstock to delivery, deliver reports to markets and recruit, train and develop key personnel.
