Description
A large firm of consultants in the construction industry seeks a CDM Co-ordinator to join them in Manchester.
Our client is a large long established firm of construction consultants providing cost management, project management and CDMC services to a good range of clients for high value building projects. They now have a need for a CDM Co-ordinator / Planning Supervisor to join them in Manchester at either Senior or Associate level. You will work across all sectors for commercial developments, public sector new build, residential developments, stadia, hotel fit outs and other projects generally valued between £100m to £200m. The ideal candidate will have construction or design consultancy experience with a NEBOSH Construction Certificate as a minimum and preferably be IOSH / IIRSM and MAPS qualified. Good knowledge of the latest CDM regulations is a must. Some travel mainly across the north of England will be required.
