A technically minded Business Development / Sales Manager is required to join a dynamic organisation developing innovative products for the Renewable Energy sector. You will be involved in the development of key client relationships, in a consultative and information led manner. You will also be responsible for a small team of Engineers in order to support growing business demand.
The company are working leaders in Mechanical Systems, have an established product range, and a number of exciting new products in Development. The growth potential is superb, and they require someone who will become both the technical specialist and ambassador for the company in order to drive the company forward.
The products are Mechanical, and require someone who can be technically competent, and discuss the product range with Engineers on client sites. Day to day duties include promoting products to clients (Low volume, high value), building on existing relationships, and managing new relationships with clients from the early stage through to delivery and installation.
You will have a track-record in Business Development / Sales, and ideally have a Mechanical background and a keen interest in Renewable Energy / Wind Energy.
The role will require extensive travel in order to meet targets. A formal Qualification in a Scientific or Engineering discipline would be a definite benefit. Salary is negotiable + excellent Benefits including Company Bonus Scheme, Pension, Private Health Care, Educational Reimbursement and Life Insurance etc.
