Business Development and Marketing Manager
Loughborough

Our client is one of the regions leading steel companies with a challenging and diverse workload, employing in excess of 100 people, supplying Structural Steelwork and Architectural Metalwork to the construction industry nationwide.
They are no looking to further develop the company and become proactive in the search for new projects and clients. At present they have a very healthy client base and have good strong orders coming through but the capacity they have allows for new business to be sought.
The right candidate will have a good knowledge and understanding of the construction industry and be working in either projects or sales capacity. Using their contacts and networking skills they will look to open doors with new clients who may either have volume repeat business or who may be involved with "One off" projects such as the Olympics for example.
Your sales ability and added value to the company are more important than your location of technical ability.

There are no set parameters for this role and the company are open to listening to individuals from a broad rage of locations and backgrounds. Like-wise a salary/package will be moulded around any suitable person.
