Our Client, a Global Telecoms Company, is currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for defi
ing documents and support the implementation, of our clients order to bill operational processes including quality gates and measures. The successful candidate will need to resolve key inventory data issues impacting the accuracy of the clients inventory based billing system. The successful candidate will need to have proven process mapping skills using MS Visio and have previous experience with process analysis. The desired candidate will also need Good Project Management skills and be able to Activity and resource plan with MS project or excel. In addition the suitable candidate should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English both written and spoken. The desired successful candidate will also have Comprehensive working knowledge and experience of Inventory Based Billing.
