A large firm in Leeds seeks a Building Surveyor mainly for education projects.
Due to team expansion an opportunity has arisen in this large multidisciplinary construction and property consultancy for a Building Surveyor in their Leeds office. You will be involved in projects with a value of £20m-£70m, mainly in the Education sector as a result of their appointment on the LSC framework. You will have relevant qualifications and be either RICS qualified or currently working towards chartership with relevant experience, preferably including experience of contract administration, DDA and party wall etc.
