Description

Mobile Building Services Engineer required to work at sites in Central and West London. Variety of different skills essential. Salary £33,000 pa.

Position: Building Services Engineer
Location: Mobile Central & West London
Hours: Mon - Friday 40hrs, lots of OT, call out allowance paid
Salary: up to £33k pa (£11.55 p/hr, 2hrs travel time @ 17.32 p/hr )
Benefits: Monthly bonus of up to £200, Van (trakker), fuel card, PDA with email, PPE equipment, company polo shirts, lots of OT available

Duties: Planned preventative and reactive maintenance of plant and equipment in commercial buildings, faultfinding and repairs. The successful candidate should possess the following skills: electrical, mechanical, Air Conditioning, chillers, BMS Controls, Gas.

Qualification & experience:
City & Guilds in Electrical or equivalent
16th Edition Wiring Regulation
Building services experience
Clean driving license
