Building Services Coordinator - Reading - £50m Project
We are curently looking to secure an Building Services Project Manager for a £50m prestigious commercial development in Reading. The Building Services Project Manager will be responsible to the Contract Project Manager & the IME department manager reporting on all aspects of the services design & installation.

THE COMPANY
As the major building projects arm of the Group, my client provide a comprehensive service for design & build, private finance initiative (PFI) and traditional contracts throughout the UK. Specialising in health, education, commercial, industrial, government, defence, pharmaceutical and retail, my clients integrated approach involves working in partnership with consultants, designers and sub-contractors.
We are curently looking to secure an M&E Project Manager for to work on a prestigious multi million pound commercial project in London. The M&E PM will be responsible to the Contract Project Manager & the M&E department manager reporting on all aspects of the services design & installation.
THE INDIVIDUAL
Experience of working on muilti-million M&E contracts - at least £3-4M
Team player, whilst being self-motivated
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Previous experience of working with a contractor - ideally M&E
Desire to succeed and motivation to drive a package of works
