Description
Your main responsibilities will be the selection of M&E subcontractors, Meeting with all Sub Constractors, Client and Senior Managers. Manage the installation of M&E Services, Anlaysis of tenders, Health and Saftey supervision, completing the programme scheldule, review of working designs etc.

They are looking for a Building Services Co-Ordinator who will be committed to build and maintain their excellent service to all their Clients.
The role can be based in either their Galway or Dublin offices and will involve building services design review, project management, co-ordination of services and management of sub contractors.
Your main responsibilities will be the selection of M&E subcontractors, Meeting with all Sub Constractors, Client and Senior Managers. Manage the installation of M&E Services, Anlaysis of tenders, Health and Saftey supervision, completing the programme scheldule, review of working designs etc.
The Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent project management and communication skills, experience and understanding of contract agreements as well as a solid engineering background.
