We are looking for a Building Maintenance Systems Engineer to work in Delhi at the New Airport.
The BMS specialist will be required to define tender packages for the BMS / SCADA systems, evaluate tenders, make recommendations and work with successful bidders, implementing and deploying their systems.
Our varied services extend from tender preparation and evaluation; supplier capability assessments; through safety analysis and system requirements specification; assurance of design and development processes; installation and acceptance testing; through to total system integration and commissioning. Our Quality System is approved to ISO 9001:2000 and the Company is accredited under the UK rail industry Link-up qualification scheme. We are also members of a number of trade associations.
The right candidate will require the following essential experience:
- clear understanding of large-scale systems development
- system design and development: requirements elucidation, specification preparation, tender preparation and evaluation, control of system and software developments, testing and hand-over
- in-depth experience in their field, ideally gained within an airport environment.
The following skills are desirable to the role:
- A good engineering degree 2:1 or above (or equivalent) preferably in Computer Science, Systems/Software/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Process design or operational understanding
- Familiarity with the methods / tools used to develop complex systems
- Knowledge of systems and software development and assessment standards
- Experience in performing assessments of systems and software supplier capabilities.
