knowledge required: detailed familiarity with a U.K. Army Mechanized Brigade tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs). Personnel will role play U.K. Officers in communicating and corresponding with other service personnel. Personnel, as a team on two 12 hour shifts, will receive orders from Higher Headquarters, commanded by a Major General. Personnel will conduct mission analysis; provide guidance to the Army-provided junior staff and simulation computer terminal operators in order to realistically portray a U.K. Brigade deployment to and combat operations in a Joint Operational Area using a classified exercise scenario. Personnel must coordinate via telephone, email, and in person with higher Headquarters, and on occasion with lateral and superior organizations and their staff counterparts.
