When you join us as a Brewing Technician you will:
• Operate the brewing packaging and warehouse plant equipment to ensure all production cost quality and service requirements are achieved
• Carry out all product and testing regimes to comply with the Coors Brewers minimum sampling plans
• Undertake mechanical engineering asset care talks within the operations team to support our world class asset care strategy
• Consistently work within all necessary Health, Safety & Environment legislation and safe working procedures, including press systems, lower, Puwer, COSHH, HACCP and Environ
• Offer training to others within team in areas of own expertise

For the position of Brewing Technician we are looking for someone with...
• Proven process and maintenance experience within a production environment
• A time served apprenticeship in a mechanical or electrical discipline
• City & Guilds mechanical, ONC or NVQL3 qualification
• Systems literacy with CMMS ( Mainsaver ), Eric, Prism, Ifix and TOPL
• Experience in health and safety best practice legislation within engineering
