An opportunity to work on the build of a range of yachts, based on the South Coast.
We are looking for a number of Boatbuilders for roles based in Southampton & Lymington.
You must be time served or have completed recognised training in this area.
You will be involved in the construction of various composite boats, ranging from production lifeboats through one-off racing yachts to large custom cruising yachts.
All of these boats are finished to a very high standard so you will need to have previous new build marine experience.
The hourly rates starts at around £10.30/h for the first three months probationary period rising to £10.66/h after this period.
Overtime is paid at a premium rate after 38 hours per week and is often available dependant on project workload.
There are always opportunities to further your career and earnings with roles such as Assistant Team Leader, Team Leader or Senior Boatbuilder, all offering a higher hourly rate.
Contract and Permanent positions are available.
