JOB TITLE: Blowmould Team Manager
BASED: Manchester
BASIC: £25k + 15% day shift (£28'750) or 33% night shift (£33'250) allowance

THE ROLE
*You will manage quality, safety, output and material usage while managing the activities of the technicians on your shift.
*You will implement plans and strategies to maintain and improve safety standards in conjunction with other managers.
*You will work with all departments to achieve and maintain customer accreditation with ISO and BRC standards and other standards needed within the site.
*Manage, motivate and develop the team and carry out appraisals and disciplinary procedures in accordance to company procedures.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
*2-5yrs Team Leader or Management exp
*Blow moulding exp would be a distinct advantage but will consider people from a manufacturing environment
*Excellent communication, motivation and development skills
