Bid Manager required to Project Manage PFI or BSF bids.
You will be responsible for Managing the process, leading the development of pre-qualification submissions and bid proposals and overseeing the input from all parties,
Bid Manager - PFI & BSF Projects
Package: £75-80k basic, bonus, full benefits.
Company: Well known Construction business with diverse UK business interests, require a Bid Manager for UK PFI or BSF Bid management.
Role: Bid Manager required to Project Manage PFI or BSF bids.
You will be responsible for Managing the process, leading the development of pre-qualification submissions and bid proposals and overseeing the input from all parties, including instructing and managing the work of financial and legal advisors, setting the timetable and liaising with the internal and external consortia to ensure delivery of the bid to time.
Working closely with Senior Management to incorporate competitive, design, construction, facilities and commercial aspects to ensure ultimate success. This role will involve the extensive management of Design, Commercial, Financial and Legal aspects via internal and external teams.
Requirements: Suitable applicants will have a UK PFI/Bidding background with previous UK Bid management experience. You may be working for a Contractor, Project Manager or a Client organisation and will have drive, enthusiasm and energy to lead and manage a team. Previous experience of co-ordinating Project teams and managing 'risk' to ensure a successful bid is essential.
