A leading organisation in Sterilisation Services to the Healthcare Sector is looking to hire a Bid Manager who has experience within the public sector.
As the Bid Manager you will be responsible for managing large bids with the NHS/private healthcare providers from pre-qualification through to final implementation of a contract. You will also be required to manage and organise the bid resources, both internal and external, to produce the required deliverables from the bid.
It is essential that you have a Background in Sales/Tender processes with a proven track record of success. In addition you will need prior demonstrable experience of Bid Management within a PFI bid, or equivalent, role. It doesn't matter what industry you come from as long as you have the experience and can hit the ground running.

- Ability to write and convincingly present proposals to a wide audience at all levels.
- Knowledge of external environment including national and regional strategies and priorities within decontamination, including the National Decontamination Strategy.

The Bid Manager will be based in the company's office in Reading (Berkshire), so it is essential that you live within commuting distance.
The Salary offered fro the position of Bid Manager will be £45-50K (depending on experience) + car allowance (£5,400 per year) + pension + private medical insurance + life insurance + travel insurance + 25days holiday
