Description
To deliver system training, in a classroom, to the customer and internal workforce on site and at customer premises in the UK and overseas.
To manage a course of up to 20 students.
To deliver classroom and hands-on technical training courses to 20 students (approx).
Developing courseware through an understanding of customer needs, training needs analysis (TNA) and technical expertise you will be the lead subject matter expert for your nominated systems.
Candidates from an ex-forces, Defence and/or Aerospace background are highly sought after. The ability to present verbally and develop training tools..
Knowledge of the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and modern training systems are desired.
To deliver system training on an occasional basis with the customer in aircraft trial scenarios either in the UK or overseas.
